An independent second pass re-reads every output against the source. Disagreement is never resolved silently — it escalates to a person.
It knows what it doesn't know
Anything below the confidence threshold routes to a human queue instead of being guessed at. Nothing is ever silently wrong.
The numbers must tie
Totals balance, counts reconcile, nothing appears or vanishes unexplained. If it doesn't tie, it doesn't post.
A person releases anything irreversible
Money movement, external messages, deletions — the system prepares, a human releases. Architectural rule, changed only by your written say-so.
Every action is logged
Originals are never modified. Every step is recorded and reversible. You can audit any decision the system made, months later.
It never fails silently
The daily report says what ran, what it did, what it flagged, what it couldn't handle. Silence always means "nothing happened."
There's a kill switch
Turn it off and keep operating — the documented manual fallback is part of every delivery. You'll likely never use it; you'll always have it.
Backups are tested, not assumed
Sync is not backup — cloud drives replicate deletions. We keep an independent, restore-tested backup of every register and tracker we run for you — quarterly, in writing — and we'll tell you plainly if your own tenant backup is sync-only.

In your cloud, in folders you own. You share them with us; your admin stays in control and can cut our access in one click. Our machines do the processing and manage the workload — working copies on our side are encrypted and destroyed on schedule, with a certificate at engagement close. Nothing is ever pooled, published, or used to train anything.
What happens to our people?
The part of their job they hate goes away; the part that needs a person stays. In practice the savings show up as overtime that stops, growth absorbed without hiring, and error rates that fall — your call, not ours.
