Documents and data shared with us for an engagement are governed by a signed non-disclosure agreement and services agreement, not by this page. The standing rules: your cloud remains the system of record; our working copies are encrypted and destroyed on schedule, with written certification; access you grant can be revoked by you at any time; and nothing of yours is published, pooled, sold, or used to train any model.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
